Questions from overseas senders

Can I order from the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia or Australia?

Yes. You order online and we deliver to your recipient in Pakistan. Overseas customers can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Link and Stripe (international credit and debit cards).

Which cities get same-day delivery?

Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and Rawalpindi only. Order before 10:00 PM PKT for Lahore, and before 6:00 PM PKT for Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Karachi. This applies to flowers, gifts, arrangements and standard bakery cakes.

What is the order cut-off in my time zone?

The Lahore cut-off (10:00 PM PKT) equals 17:00 GMT or 18:00 BST in the UK, 21:00 in the UAE, 20:00 in Saudi Arabia and 12:00 EST or 13:00 EDT on the US and Canada East Coast. The Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Karachi cut-off (6:00 PM PKT) equals 13:00 GMT or 14:00 BST in the UK, 17:00 in the UAE, 16:00 in Saudi Arabia and 08:00 EST or 09:00 EDT on the US and Canada East Coast. Can I choose a delivery time slot?

Yes. Select a delivery date and time slot on the checkout page so the gift arrives when your recipient is available.

Do you deliver outside the four main cities?

Yes. Sheikhupura, Gujrat, Mandi Bahaudin, Faisalabad, Kasur and most other major Punjab cities need a minimum of 24 hours pre-order. For remote areas we offer courier delivery (imported flowers only) from PKR 2,999 or special car delivery from PKR 12,999.

How long do custom cakes take?

Custom (personalised) cakes need a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) pre-order in every city, including Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi and Rawalpindi. Standard bakery cakes from Layers, Bundu Khan, Kitchen Cuisine, Hobnob, Delizia, Cakes & Bakes and Tehzeeb Bakers follow the same-day rule.

Is delivery free?

Orders above PKR 4,999 get free delivery within 5km. For other addresses, the delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout.
